"Imagine experiencing a thunderstorm in the midst of a desert. A storm so powerful and pregnant with rain, that large pools of water form across the desert floor and reflect the vast open sky above. That’s exactly what happened at Burning Man 2014. So it seemed a natural fit to incorporate that experience into the 2015 Burning Man Art theme: Carnival of Mirrors. Mirrors are all about reflection and this perfume is about that as well, both literally and figuratively as I contemplate my tenth year attending this festival. Reflection opens with the scent of sage and the ozone of the approaching storm. As the rain falls, subtle florals begin to emerge, the desert plants expressing their gratitude by flowering. A mélange of cactus flowers, sage and yucca blooms. A hint of rain-washed cedar and mesquite floats on the air. For a moment you experience a profound contradiction: it is dry and it is wet, it is barren and it is blooming. It is water on the desert." - a note from the perfumer.
