This fragrance takes its name from Vladimir Nabokov's poem/novel of the same name. Pale Fare is a deconstruction of amber, in which this "fantasy" note integrates Spanish labdanum and supercritical extraction of Tahitian vanilla. The amber accord is married with olibanum, oakmoss, whiskey and cocoa for a fragrance that captures what the Portuguese call saudade —the feeling that remains after a disappearance.
