About This Fragrance
Mimosun by Beau Kwon is a fragrance for women and men. Mimosun was launched in 2018. The nose behind this fragrance is Théo Belmas. "Mimosun is a juxtaposition between fresh (grapefruit, mimosa, green) and dirty (animalic notes, musk, pepper). The inspiration behind this was of course the bright, yellow flower which is very reminiscent of the golden sun and the color of the fragrance juice also mimics that. The flowers are supposed to herald the imminent arrival of the summer sun. From the perfumer: "It's a hot day under the sun. You're resting for a few minutes under the shadow of a giant mimosa tree. The fresh air that surrounds you bring to your nose vegetal notes coming from aromatics and fresh cut grass you're lying on. The flowers of mimosa deliver their floral scent at each gale. All this atmosphere contrasts with the dry air coming from the field in front you.
