Jicky Eau de Parfum by Guerlain is a Oriental Fougere fragrance for women. Jicky Eau de Parfum was launched in 2021. Top notes are Lavender, Bergamot and Rosemary; middle notes are Fern, Woody Notes, Pelargonium and Rose; base notes are Opoponax, Vanilla, Tonka Bean and Woody Notes. In 1889, Aimé Guerlain creates his first masterpiece Jicky. It is immediately qualified as "the first modern perfume". Complex, it is also the first unisex fragrance in perfumery. It marks the beginning of emotional perfumery which no longer tries to copy the scent of flowers but rather tries to arouse emotions. Why the name Jicky? Aimé Guerlain kept with it the loving memory of a young girl named Jicky to whom he paid homage with one of his most beautiful olfactory works. Coincidentally, her nephew's diminutive, Jacques, was also Jicky. Jicky is offered in the legendary “inverted heart” bottle. It was imagined in 1912 by George Chevalier as the quintessence of femininity: subtle combination of lines and curves, rounded and harmonious shoulders, a chiseled cap in the shape of an inverted heart. An Oriental Fougère. Contrasted, dynamic, surprising. The spicy notes, which bloom on contact with the warmth of the oriental facet, play very skillfully with the aromatic and fresh heart of lemon and lavender notes. At the bottom of this daring structure, we can distinguish woody and vanilla notes that bring vibration and personality to the fragrance. TOP NOTES: lavender, bergamot, rosemary MIDDLE NOTES: fougere accord, rose, pelagornium, woody notes BASE NOTES: tonka beans, woody notes, opoponax, vanilla The fragrance will be available as a 75ml Eau de Parfum from February 2021
