Attaupe by January Scent Project is a Oriental Vanilla fragrance for women and men. Attaupe was launched in 2021. The nose behind this fragrance is John Biebel. Top notes are Siberian Pine and Bergamot; middle notes are Tobacco, Lavender, Black locust, Carrot Seeds, Chinese Tea, Black Currant and Eugenol; base notes are Patchouli, Labdanum, Sandalwood, Vanilla and Cypriol Oil or Nagarmotha. Attaupe is a limited edition fragrance by January Scent Project. It utilizes vintage and antique materials including 100 year old bergamot and Siberian pine oils, and a 70 year old black locust flower accord. The fragrance references those colors that exist between neutral values on the color wheel, between shades like beige and taupe, where black and white are added in to create greige and other shades that were popular in the 1930s, as the world recovered from the economic downturn of 1929.
