Top notes are Sage, Lavender and Tuberose; middle notes are Patchouli, Saffron, Rose and Labdanum; base notes are Patchouli, Agarwood (Oud), Tonka Bean and Vanilla. Inspired by the passion and idealistic devotion of love depicted in the Persian poet Nizami’s ‘Leili va Majnoon’. A love that, in its madness, purifies the soul, giving birth to nobility, and reaching the Sufi ideal of a higher spiritual consciousness. The silky accords of saffron, patchouli and rose, with the depth of labdanum and lavender depict the simultaneous pain and bliss of love. The woodiness of Oudh, cedarwood and musk depict sleepless nights and endless dreams
